Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, then drain, keeping a splash of water.

Drain the tuna well and flake it into the pot with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, chili flakes to taste, and a few drops of sesame oil.

Add the noodles and the splash of water, and toss over a low heat for 1 minute.

Finish with plenty of sliced spring onion.
